Miyamoto & Yoshida was established by two experienced lawyers in April 2009 at Kioi-cho, Tokyo.

After working at an international law firm in Tokyo for a number of years, he studied in the United States where he obtained a Master of Laws and qualified as an attorney in New York
He then worked in the Sydney office of a leading Australian law firm for 2 years, during which he became qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales
While in Sydney he gained experience in advising on international matters involving Japanese companies from outside Japan
After returning to Tokyo, he worked for more than 4 years in the Tokyo office of an international law firm based in London, continuing to advise both Japanese and international clients
He then jointly established Miyamoto & Yoshida in April 2009
He provides a wide range of advice to Japanese and international clients including manufacturers, financial firms and IT companies conducting business in the international arena
