ACT NO. 16 OF 2001.

An Act to repeal the Vaccination Act, 1880.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section -1 Short title.
This Act may be called the Vaccination (Repeal) Act, 2001.
Section -2 Repeal of Act 13 of 1880.
The Vaccination Act, 1880 is hereby repealed.
