Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient to declare and amend the laws to be administered in Oudh; It is hereby enacted as follows:--

1. Short title. This Act may be called the Oudh Laws Act, 1876.Local extent.

It extends only to 1*** Oudh;

Commencement.

And it shall come into force on the passing thereof.
