An Act further to amend the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 and to amend the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

CHAPTER I
PRELIMINARY


Section -1 Short title.

This Act may be called the Government of Union Territories and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2005.
