PREAMBLE

An Act to repeal the Colonial Prisoners Removal Act, 1884.

be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section -1 Short title

This Act may be called the Colonial Prisoners Removal (Repeal) Act, 2001.

Section -2 Repeal of Act 47 and 48 Vict., C. 31

 
The Colonial Prisoners Removal Act, 1884 is hereby repealed.
