Work Visa
The formalities are to be done by your employer in UAE. He has to apply for a work permit to the Ministry of Interior with Passport details. Copies of our educational and experience certificates are also to be submitted. These are to be attested by the UAE Embassy in India. If approved the visa will be faxed to you. You will have to carry this along with you. The visa will be endorsed in your passport on arrival at the airport. UAE does not allow admission to those persons who have an Israeli Visa endorsed in their passports, no matter whether it is valid or expired.

III. RESIDENCE VISA

It is the visa stamped on the passport proving the legal residence of the expatriate in the country. This visa is given to workers who have obtained work permits or for relatives living with them permanently. The Visa Section issues the residence visa for persons working in the Governments, Companies, house servicing (such as drivers, house-maids, servants etc.) and for persons provided by any of the above-mentioned persons such as the wife and children (in case of meeting all the required conditions) after the submission of documents pertaining to every one of them.
