He started his career in French law firm LKI in 2001. He left LKI in 2006 from the position of Head of Legal Services Department
After 15 months at the position of Senior Consultant with one of the Big Four firms, he joined Spenser & Kauffmann in October 2007 as a Head of Tax Practice and Senior Associate with Corporate and M&A Practice. In 2008 Andrey was promoted to Partner with “Spenser & Kauffmann†and, thereafter, headed Corporate and M&A Practice
In 2010 he established consulting business of his own and is currently leading Tax and Corporate Practice with Arstrong
He is focused on tax, corporate and contract law
He is involved in structuring of the transactions to ensure their tax effectiveness, development and implementation of effective business structures from tax, corporate law and asset protection viewpoints, including restructuring of existing businesses, advising on the issues of tax, corporate, antitrust, competition law, contractual and banking law
