He, with Deborah, was instrumental in getting the Class Proceedings Act passed into law in British Columbia in 1995. He works primarily on class actions and individual personal injury, product liability and professional negligence actions
He is on the Executive of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and is a member of the American Association for Justice
