Joined the firm after graduation where he has developed an extensive practice in the litigation of serious personal injury, automobile accident and product liability cases, and an emphasis on domestic relations and family law
Past president of the Lincoln Bar Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and the prestigious International Society of Barristers, to which he was accepted in 1979
He was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1991
In his 34 years practice in the firm, he has been active in the Nebraska State Bar Association as a president of the Young Lawyers Section, and has served on that association’s Nebraska Continuing Legal Education Committee, and as a member of the House of Delegates
